BO Instance does not get created in EC

Hi all,

I have created an EC for custom BO-Realisation.I need to put this EC under sales Workcenter.

Thus I placed the EC on Realisation WCView(instead of the OWL) . I created an outport on WCView and bound the inport of EC with it.I then assign this WCView to COD_sales.WCF.

There is a button in EC which is bound to a BO action.

I'm able to see the EC under sales but the button is disabled.This happens because the BO instance is not getting created.

I tried to create an event handler with a data operation in it which would assign a constant value to the data field used in outport.

This eventhandler was bound to onInitialise property of Root in Realisation WCView.It did not help. 

Please suggest some solution on how I can create the BO instance.
