How to get a employee's Organization ID in C4C?

Hi Expert,

I am developing an enhancement for a C4C customer.

When the user create a new sales quote, system need to validate "the sales organization in quote" is same as “the responsible employee's own sales organization”.  

Now I am using beforesave event, I can get the employee’s ID, but I can not get the employee’s default sales organization ID.

How can I get it?
