Hello All,
While I was configuring new ByDesign tenant for our client, we encountered an error message written in the title while trying to creat a new corporate account. I looked into solution proposal 1853424 for this incident and I slected "No" for "Do you want to use external application to search for, read, create, and edit business partner data?" in configuration scoping, but I still get the same error.
We are in the early stage of configurating the system and we have not done any integration with external systems.
If there are anyone who can solve this problem, i will appreciate your help.
