Hello,
I am an SAP partner service advisor - one of the partners who I am supporting just received his 1308 tenant and 1308 SDK. Now when trying to login to the tenant, he receives a "release compatibility error" as shown below.
What investigations/actions should I do/can he do to resolve this issue?
