How to filter data from Standard Account OWL

Hi All,

I am stuck in a requirment  which i thought would be a simple requirment! i need to filter standard account owl based on a field from my Extension BO of account.

I have added a custom field "IsCustomAccount" in my Account Xbo.

Now when ever i create account from my custom quick create i am making this flag checked manually.

But I only want to see the accounts which has this flag unticked in my standard account owl.

So how do i filter the standard account OWL?
